Excellent Downtown Stay!
clean room king bed blackout curtains heated pool
I found my room clean. The king bed was AMAZING!!! I slept soundly thanks to the effective blackout curtains. I especially enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. It also featured a hot tub. I greatly appreciated the safety measures and security protocols I encountered throughout the hotel.
My only slight issue was the room faced a busy street. The traffic noise was noticeable, particularly during rush hour. it did not significantly detract from my overall positive experience.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide array of choices. There was a generous selection of pastries and breads. Fresh fruit and hot dishes were also available. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout the meal.
Facilities
8/10
The fitness center includes several cardio machines and weights. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes in the gym. Laundry and room service were available. A Starbucks location is conveniently located on the premises.

10/10
The hotel is centrally located downtown. It's convenient to main attractions and public transportation. It is only a five-minute walk to the Canada Line for easy access to the airport. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a definite plus.

I stayed in a king room. The room included a mini fridge and a coffeemaker (very practical). The bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.
The in-room Wi-Fi signal was sometimes weak.

I found the staff quite helpful with directions. The hotel features a Starbucks downstairs with convenient coffee.
